When asked the benefits of participating in Karate America Stoughton's training, our adult martial artists describe a renewed energy in their bodies and minds:  they gain strength, flexibility, power, and confidence.

Our teens and kids transform into leaders – academically, athletically, socially – they do not shy away from a challenge in the tournament ring or in life.

But our youngest learners experience the most dramatic transformation.  Our 4-6 year olds gain control over balance, moving in space, motor planning, working with partners, focus & discipline, a “can do” attitude, and physical life-skills.   Every day they change and grow!

We are Unique among martial arts schools:   “Students of all abilities” is a precious statement in our dojo – we have typical-needs individuals and students with sensory needs, learning disorders, ADD/ADHD and other challenges.

Our challenged students experience daily struggles that most of us will never know.  At KA Stoughton, we use a student’s “reality” as a springboard to excellence.  If you’ve ever met a kid with ADD or an autism spectrum disorder, you know that beneath the “white noise” of challenge there is an “intensity” to learn that is unparalleled.

Really, that “intensity” exists in all of our students – kids and adults.  At KA Stoughton we celebrate this inner strength and share the gift of martial arts so all students can become excellent.
