New to martial arts?  We encourage you to sign up for our Beginning Level  program. 

If you are a practicing martial artist, we invite you to train with us in forms,  self-defense or sparring.  We offer a punch card ($15.00 per class) so you can come and go as your training needs require.   In addition, we offer an Individualized Training Track for martial artists who wish to train 1-on-1. 

Our Underblack Belt programs explore American Sport Karate, which combines the high kicks of Tae Kwon Do with the low powerful stances and strikes of Japanese Karate styles.  Underblack belts can also study Okinawan Kobudo, our weapons system.  Our self defense program is practical, effective, and works with your body's strengths and developing skills.

Black Belts  continue their black belt training by studying of traditional karate styles and Okinawan Kobudo (weapons.)
