Whether your goal is to become a competent martial arts instructor, to be a competitor or to acquire the skills it takes to be a leader, KA Leadership Team can assist you in your goal.

Participants:  By instructor invitation, students in BBT II and up wishing to gain skills to become an assistant instructor can join Leadership Team.

When:  One Saturday each month.  See our schedule and meeting time for assigned assisting times. (Schedule coming soon!)

Goal: Students will apply strategies, as they assist in underbelt classes.  Leadership Team students will receive training and feedback from Instructors.  As needed, students will gain feedback from peers, students and selected parents.

Outcome of participation:  Students who successfully complete the requirements in the first phase of Leadership Team will receive their Leadership Team patch.  Students meeting the requirements for the second phase of Leadership Team will receive their Assistant Instructor patch.
